Author T Cooper writes about the experience of being born a woman and transitioning into becoming a man in Real Man Adventures (McSweeney’s). He is the author of four novels, including the bestselling The Beaufort Diaries and Lipshitz Six, or Two Angry Blondes. A former MacDowell Fellow, Cooper is currently visiting professor of Creative Writing at Emory University in Atlanta where he lives with his wife and children.

Amy Ray

Amy Ray is a native of Decatur, Georgia who, since 1985, has been one half (along with Emily Saliers) of the highly successful duo, the Indigo Girls. As a solo artist she has released five albums including this year’s Goodnight, Tender, a CD that explores her love of country music. Ray continues to tour solo and with Saliers as the Indigo Girls who are currently recording their 14th studio album.

Brother Hiram

Brother Hiram is the guitar duo of Ken Baker and Tony Loving who write and perform original acoustic music. They are based out of Belleville, Illinois.
