Thacker Mountain Radio Hour’s October is jam-backed! Each week is full of roots music from gospel to country blues to Memphis sax, Mississippi country and even jug band. Our authors cover Black megachurches, the trail of Johnny Appleseed and a pirate Queen!
The shows will take place at Off Square Books, Water Valley and the Powerhouse.
The end of October (the 29th) will see us celebrating Sarahfest with international touring act (and Mississippi natives) Annie and The Caldwells!

All shows FREE admission and doors at 5:30 pm. Refreshments: Water Valley and Powerhouse.
